 YOGA FOR DANCERS

Sunday, January 10 – 1:30pm to 2:30pm

Yoga for dancers is a 60 minute class where the body will be lengthened, strengthened, and the mind set free!  Like a traditional yoga class, we will focus on the breath and power that our bodies possess.  However as dancers, we can take it one step further by already having an understanding of the human body and it’s movement pattern.  This class will strengthen our core, elongate our lines, and un-tap the limitless potential that we have as artists on this earth. Each class may have a different approach with a specific focus on flow, power, yin, or even meditation, but all aspects are needed to thrive and flourish in our ever-changing world. Namaste, see you on your mat.

  • Yoga for dancers will be offered TWO times per month.
  • Single class fee is $19
  • Advanced Registration will be required as space will be limited.
  • At this time, students enrolled in an unlimited class plan will be need to pay an additional single class fee to attend.
  • All students must provide their own yoga matt.
