Enjoy a morning filled with the magic of the Nutcracker. Meet Clara, the Snow Queen, Sugarplum Fairy and more … while dancing to all your favorite Nutcracker music. No experience is needed! Our Nutcracker-themed dance camp is a special morning of dance designed for young children, ages 3 to 6 years of age.

9:30-10:00am - Dance Class: Dance to your favorite Nutcracker music
10:00-10:30am -  Craft/Break: Build a Tiara and Magic Wand
10:30-11:00am - Prepare for a Nutcracker Presentation
11:00-11:30am - Craft/Break: Snowflake Crowns

THE FACULTY

SNHDT’s highly skilled faculty is committed to providing students with quality dance training in a caring and nurturing environment.

Our professionally trained and educated faculty are affiliated with some of industry’s most notable Colleges, Universities and professional companies.

Connecticut Ballet, Oklahoma City Ballet, School of American Ballet, Point Park University, Des Moines Ballet, Bern Ballet, Boston Ballet, Boston Conservatory, Frankfurt Ballet, Pennsylvania Ballet, Zurich Ballet, New York University and Regional Dance America.

WHAT TO WEAR?

A leotard and a smile and get ready to have some fun. Girls should wear a leotard (any color) and pink tights, and ballet slippers (if you have them.) All ballerinas should have their hair secured back in a bun or similar style. Boys should wear dark colored sweatpants, shorts or tights and a white t-shirt.  They will need black ballet slippers or black jazz Oxford shoes.

WHAT TO BRING?

Please bring a light snack and drink (water is best) for break time. Water is are available for purchase at our studios.

WHEN TO ARRIVE?

Our studios will be open shortly after 9 AM. Nutcracker Camp begins at 9:30am.

COVID POLICY: For the health and safety of all students, staff and families we will continue to follow any and ALL COVID Policies and Procedures that are in place or may be required at the time of this program.  Families will be notified in advance.

The program is subject to change or cancellation due to insufficient enrollment. All tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. Schedule is subject to change.
