Policies
A completed registration form and a registration fee is required of all students at Southern New Hampshire Dance Theater. We refer to all registration forms for valuable information such as an emergency contact, student allergies, mailing addresses and various important phone numbers. If any of you or your child's personal or contact information should change during the school year, please inform someone at the front desk as soon as possible.

Tuition for the regular school year is based on the total number of weeks that classes are in session from September through June. The total yearly tuition (September through June) is paid in two-month increments. There are five installments throughout the year, due on the first of September, November, January, March and May. Tuition may not be sub-divided by the single class or pro-rated.

Tuition may also be paid by the single class.

A 15% late fee is applied after the 1st of the month when tuition is due, if payment has not yet been received. Payment in full is required, regardless of class attendance. Refunds are not given for classes missed or unattended. Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payments can be made by cash, personal check, credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or auto-debit from your bank account. To pay tuition and fees by credit card, the card must be swiped in person at the studios with the cardholder present. The cardholder will be required to sign an authorization. To have tuition payments made by auto-debit, you will be required to sign an authorization and provide a voided check for the account you wish to be debited.
