There's no other fitness class like a Zumba® Fitness-Party. It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.The cost per Zumba class is $12 per class. Southern NH Dance Theater Class Cards are available for a reduced price of $80 for 10 classes.*

Stretch & Tone, A Pilates Work Out
Pilates is a form of full body conditioning developed from the rehabilitation techniques of Joseph Pilates. Today, the Pilates method is embraced by athletes, therapists and the general populace alike. The Pilate’s principles and exercises aim to achieve optimal performance of the body through flexibility, strength and endurance. Initiating all movement from the core (muscles of the abs, lower back, hips and buttocks) and improving posture and balance. Pilates is suitable for every individual, from those looking to improve athletic ability or recover from injury, to those looking for a better quality of daily life. This class is taught by a certified Pilates Instructor.Thursdays 9:30-10:30am
