Lynn Cote wins Project Tier Award We would like to offer special congratulations to Lynn Cote for winning the Project Tier Award for her contemporary ballet “Shard.” The award is given by Regional Dance America for the best piece of choreography presented at their annual Festival. Ms. Cote’s work “Shard” was chosen by Adjudicator Jon Cristofori for the Friday evening Concert Performance at this year’s Regional Dance America Northeast Festival in Harrisburg, PA. The festival was held May 21st through May 23rd. As a result of her award Ms. Cote was invited to attend the Regional Dance America Summer Intensive in Seattle, Washington where she worked with dancers from all over the country setting choreography and fine tuning her choreographic skills. “Shard” has been performed by Southern New Hampshire Dance Theater in the 2008 year end performance and the 2009 “Evening of Dance” at the Palace Theater in Manchester, NH.
